About the role:

We are looking for a talented Social & Content Marketing Specialist to be a part of our growing Marketing team! In this role, you’ll be integral in developing a high-engagement social media strategy which will create a community of engaged and loyal Car Next Door followers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Turning our wider marketing strategy and brand into a highly engaging social media content strategy.
  • Day-to-day creation, delivery and optimisation of social media content across social channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Engaging in positive community management (complaints resolution is undertaken by Member Experience and will not form part of this role).
  • Finding and leveraging user-generated content.
  • Working with Performance Marketing Specialists to develop content for paid social advertising.
  • Analysing performance data and social metrics to understand what is working and what is not, driving an evolving strategy.
  • Amplifying our content through influencer partnerships that align with our brand values.
  • Working with other team members to identify opportunities to reuse evergreen social content in other marketing channels including, but not limited to, our blog and email marketing.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years in a relevant social media role.
  • A high level of engagement on multiple social media platforms, with a proven understanding of how to grow brands through multiple social media channels.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging user-generated content within brand marketing strategies.
  • Skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro and can produce effective content for social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of how to leverage social influencers to create an effective brand strategy and achieve business goals.
  • Extensive experience tracking social media performance, using social media monitoring tools, and reporting on KPIs.
