About the role

Following the recent acquisition of Car Next Door (largest car-sharing network in Australia) by Uber, we have an ultra bold ambition to more than double our business in 2022. A critical lever is to supercharge our fleet of professional owners with cars dedicated to sharing. These ‘Pro Owners’ will be the bedrock of our business's success.

There has been a huge increase in the number of Pro Owners on our platform who need a higher level of support. Due to this, we need to build an Account Management function from scratch! Helping us to better understand our Owner's needs and build strong relationships. By removing barriers to Owners expanding their fleets we will be able to take our growth to the next level.

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Creating an account management function for our top Pro Owners
  • Helping new owners onboarded by the Business Development team get set up for success
  • Developing tools to proactively identify when owners are not performing and implement solutions
  • Helping to streamline the Pro Owner experience by identifying challenges and submitting improvement requests or implementing solutions where possible
  • Contributing to the owner growth playbook by testing new tactics and improving existing processes to grow our owners fleets
  • Coordinating and planning of activities for complex accounts
  • Growing and leading a team of Philippines-based owner success assistants
  • Reporting in to the Head of Sales Growth & Development on Owner Success output and progress towards key deliverables

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to bring:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in an Account Management, or similar role, with some leadership experience
  • Project management
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen
