About the Role

CMY seeks a Human Resources Administrator (HRA), who will provide high quality administrative support to the Human Resources team, and the wider organisation.

The HRA’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, supporting the employee lifecycle, including end to end recruitment and selection, on boarding, and employee separation. This is a fast-paced role well suited for someone looking to expand their HR career and skills, all whilst working in a friendly and supportive team.

  • Hours: 38 hours per week (1 FTE), Full Time
  • Fixed Term: until 30 June 2023
  • Annual Salary (SCHADS Level 3) : $70,728 (inc Super) + NFP Salary Packaging option
  • Location: CMY Carlton Office, with some flexibility to work from home
  • Interviews: to be held in the week beginning 25 April 2022
  • In line with Victorian Government Vaccination requirements, the successful applicant must be fully vaccinated with a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine and provide evidence of COVID 19 vaccination prior to commencement

You will have

  1. Demonstrated experience working within human resources;
  2. Well-developed organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks;
  3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
  4. High level communication skills and the ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organisation, and relate to people from various backgrounds;
  5. High level computer literacy skills and the ability to use a range of online software and tools.
