Customer Experience Specialist

CHOICE

CHOICE has been serving consumers since 1959 providing advice on essential purchase decisions, campaigning for consumer rights, and fearlessly calling out dodgy or misleading practices.

Position

The Consumer Insights Team conducts research that enables CHOICE to better understand consumer sentiment, their concerns and issues, and what they value in the marketplace. We apply the same rigour to our own products and services to anticipate or respond to members needs and provide advice where it is needed most.

The successful candidate will design and lead bespoke research projects to generate actionable insights that help drive reach and engagement with consumers at key touchpoints of the CHOICE user and membership journey.

  • Develop strong consultative relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Manage a variety of end to end research projects with autonomy
  • Find creative ways to leverage your research skills to enhance colleagues understanding of our membership value
  • Help deliver better customer experiences across the organisation

You will help shape how we deliver and improve our content and services to achieve a more comprehensive and responsive offering to our members.

About you

You have worked in Market Research before and have learnt the fundamentals of designing and delivering qual and quant research.

You are looking for a B2C role that will allow you to explore and develop a variety of different research designs including UX, ethnographic research and mystery shopping.

  • 2+ years Market Research experience (qualitative and/or quantitative)
  • Exposure to and involvement in executing end-to-end research including the design of an appropriate approach, fieldwork management, data analysis and interpretation and concise insights reporting
  • Experience using survey and analysis platforms

If you enjoy collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and can present insights conclusively to influence evidence based decisions this role will be both challenging and rewarding.

Your work will have an impact across many departments and will help us to continue delivering experiences that CHOICE is known and valued for.
