Central to its work are its values and a commitment to respect and inclusiveness, integrity, pursuing excellence, valuing staff and volunteers, and working in partnership with the CF community.

These resources focus on young people transitioning from paediatric to adult health care and managing both their health care and broader life during this period, as well as adults managing their CF as they continue to grow older. The information and resources are available across a range of media, including videos, podcasts and blogs of the experiences of people living with CF; fact sheets; and online learning.
