WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Reporting to the Housing and Tenancy Services Team Leader, key duties will include;

• Establishing new tenancies, managing ongoing tenancies, and processing vacating tenancies.
• Inspecting properties.
• Facilitating property maintenance in liaison with our Maintenance Team.
• Liaising with housing co-operatives and their members.
• Actively managing rental debt.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Property and tenancy management experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and VCAT experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills for a positive tenancy management approach.
• Solid knowledge of information technology systems and data management systems and practices.
• Excellent organisation, planning, reporting, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Proven experience in consultation, facilitation, liaison, and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
