The Conservation Council of Western Australia is seeking a Project Manager with experience in building purchasing and community development. We wish to explore the possibility of acquiring real-estate for an office space in central Perth to be shared with other West Australian advocacy groups.

Experienced and qualified Project Managers with the following criteria are invited to apply:

• Formal training/qualification in Project Management, or demonstrable successful track record

• Experience in real-estate acquisition, or familiarity with the real-estate market in Perth

• Experience with or interest in the advocacy sector of Western Australia, in particular the environmental sector

• Experience in offline community building, an asset

Suitable candidates will be invited to participate in individual exploratory calls to delve deeper into budget, project timeline, deliverables, etc.

We expect the project to begin in June and reach completion by the end of 2021, including purchase, move-in, and filling the space.
