Join our team and help make a difference. The Charles Wanstall Apex Accommodation Support Lodge provides comfortable accommodation for rural patients and their carers who are undergoing cancer treatment in Brisbane. You can enjoy:

• Casual position for up to 12 months, working approximately 12 to 15 hours per week.

You will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the office and accommodation units are maintained in a clean, hygienic, tidy and well-presented condition. Duties will include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, waste disposal and general cleaning.

About you

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Previous experience in domestic or commercial cleaning.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning methods and chemicals.
• Ability to work in a safe manner, adhering to workplace health and safety requirements.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with patients and their families who are undergoing cancer treatment.
• Ability to work autonomously within a small team environment with a high level of time management.
