As Better Health Network embarks on its next chapter following a recent tri-merger, we are building a strong, unified culture across our diverse and growing community health organisation. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Culture and Capability Advisor to help shape this transformation within our People & Culture team, based at the iconic Victorian Pride Centre in St Kilda. In this future focused role, you will lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, drive a high-performance culture, and champion an inclusive, values-driven environment. Your contributions will support the uniting of 800 employees across 22 locations, helping to create a cohesive and supportive workplace that embraces diversity.
As the Culture and Capability Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of BHN’s efforts to build a thriving, inclusive workplace. You’ll lead and support a range of employee engagement, learning and development, and reward initiatives that foster growth, recognition, and transformation.
Reporting to the Business Partner for Employee Capability, your responsibilities include:
You are passionate about people, culture, and making a meaningful impact. With experience in organisational development, you excel at implementing cultural and leadership transformation programs. You have a talent for designing and delivering learning and development (L&D) that meet diverse needs and drive success. Your proficiency with Learning Management Systems and other tools supports your ability to achieve organisational goals. As a strong communicator, you thrive in facilitating meetings and training sessions, fostering collaboration, and ensuring everyone's voice is heard.
