About the role
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for Human Resources? Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR administration and policy development? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. This role will provide you with valuable insights into the world of HR and the chance to contribute to the development and improvement of our HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Conduct research on best practices in HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR professionals to support the development, revision, and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support during recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in organising training and development programs for employees.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Policy Management or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a genuine interest in Human Resources.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
