The role

Are you searching for an exciting opportunity to be hands-on with multiple strategic projects and business operations. Do you want to further develop your administration skills while working directly with senior management? If so, then this could be the opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking a part-time Administration & Projects Officer (30 hours per week) to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role will report directly to the CEO and will combine administration responsibilities and a variety of interesting projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to CEO with daily administration tasks including monitoring organisations inbox, report preparation, scheduling meetings, IT, fleet management, general administration, research and sourcing quotes;
  • Completing and managing data entry and report compilation;
  • Provide support to the leadership team as required;
  • Knowledge and experience in NDIS service delivery;
  • Coordinate multiple document management projects; and
  • Assist with the implementation of a CRM system.

Essential criteria

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative / projects-based role;
  • High level of attention to detail, organisation & time management skills;
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work;
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; and
  • Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive/confidential matters.

Desirable criteria

  • Knowledge and experience in NDIS service delivery;
  • Proven ability to work autonomously on projects & manage multiple competing priorities; and
  • Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation and standards.

Conditions

  • Covid vaccinations as per NSW Health legislations; and
  • Current NDIS worker screening check (or the ability to obtain one).
