The Mulgrave Farmers Market, an initiative of the Wise Foundation, is a buzz of activity with locals enjoying the opportunity to visit the thriving weekly Sunday Farmers Market. Open every Sunday, on the corner of Wellington and Jacksons Road, Mulgrave, the market is a place where you can buy direct, buy fresh, buy weekly from the people who grow your food.
The market also hosts a Makers Market on the fourth Sunday of every month plus wellness workshops for locals to enjoy.
Best of all, profits are redistributed back to initiatives of the Wise Foundation.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, innovative and dedicated Business Manager to be “the face” of our impressive Mulgrave Farmers Market. You will lead a multidimensional team to ensure smooth operational workflow of the market to ensure our customers, stallholders and clients have an exceptional experience.
This role requires diligence to ensure company’s vision is understood and implemented. You will need to be commercially driven, taking the lead in making strategic and progressive decisions to further the business and wider foundation goals.
Your ability to engage with our internal and external stakeholders is paramount to your success.
Ideally you will have come from a background in a multi-disciplined, innovative management/customer service field and thrive on taking the lead to get things done. You excel at dealing with the day to day operations of managing a business, possess a strong understanding of how a market operates, you are creative and passionate about working in the community and thinking outside the square.
