Duties and responsibilities

  • lead and process the organisation's payroll functions.
  • administer all accounts receivable and payable
  • provide support and guidance to the Accounts Payable Officer

About you

  • extensive experience in personnel support functions and payroll procedures and a strong understanding of current payroll legislation.
  • experience in the administration of business accounts, particularly the management of accounts payable and receivable and the preparation of financial reports within tight deadlines
  • advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • experience developing strong working relationships with executive management, managers and peers
