We have new opportunity available of Manager, Assets Programs available at Bridge Housing. The role is newly created, is full-time, permanent and based at our Haymarket Office. Travel will required to our Northern Beaches office as well.
As the Manager, Assets Programs you will lead a team of Technical Officers to drive the effective implementation of the Planned and Cyclical Maintenance Program, ensuring properties are at a required standard within the allocated budgetary expectations.
The role supports the Director, Assets in the development of Bridge Housing's Asset Maintenance Plans and Strategic Asset Management Plan, ensuing that the plans and programs comply with the customer service standards, policies, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
This role is classified as a Level 8 within the Social Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. The salary for the role is $119,658 - $124,369 + Super + Salary Packaging.
