Brain Injury SA is seeking to appoint a part time Case Manager to join our growing team. In line with our commitment to providing a flexible workplace, hours and days are negotiable.
Brain Injury SA delivers an interdisciplinary approach to its service provision in assisting people with acquired brain injury achieve their goals and maximise their well-being and independence. Working with a number of stakeholders which include families, carers and a variety of funding bodies, this role will provide linkage and co-ordination utilising a case management approach to clients receiving the following services:
We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills; well-developed time management and organisation skills. Building on our existing foundation of service excellence, the Case Manager will also bring to the role a high level of case management experience and a well-developed understanding of disability and community services. Qualifications in Social Work, Developmental Education or another relevant field of human services is essential.
Brain Injury SA is recognised as the peak body in South Australia for people with an acquired brain injury (ABI), and those who care for them. It engages with people with an ABI and their families, service providers, ABI specialists, and people and agencies that are interested in the impact of ABI in South Australia.
