Remote / Work from Home
Bloom has been providing outsourced HR and talent solutions to the NFP sector for over 12 years.
We are successful because our solutions make a difference. We act as an extension to every business we partner with.
Bloom is an Award winning consultancy that provides services all over Australia. We work with the largest NFP's (Vinnies, Red Cross etc) right through to the smallest community service agencies in remote locations, and we love it.
Due to tremendous growth we are looking to grow our team with a HR Partner.
This role can be located anywhere in Australia and we are flexible to offer P/T if required. Most of the work is done remotely though you must be willing to get up and meet with clients face to face and come to the Sydney head office occasionally for team days, events and conferences - or just to celebrate our success.
Its busy. You must be a doer that can juggle multiple balls and competing priorities whilst maintaining quality standards in all operations.
You will provide quality IR advice for often tricky and complex people issues. Ensuring to protect the client and the staff member at each stage of the process.
You must identify and develop HR policy and processes that will support the development of culture and/or safety and clarity for managers and staff. This must be done in a consultative way that is tailored for each client's needs.
You will maintain immaculate records, create contracts, undertake onboarding and compliance checks and be a source of assurance and support for clients and their employees.
Your personal style must be one that is responsive, service orientated and consultative. You must have patience, intelligence, be resourceful and want to make a difference.
Flexibility, reward, job satisfaction. It can be extremely hectic but also the reward is worth it. Our clients need our support and watching them 'bloom' provides an element of job satisfaction unlike other HR roles.
This Partner will support 3-4 clients in the Aboriginal Community Controlled space. They will have the support of a dedicated Talent Partner however being able to manage end to end recruitment at times is also required.
We welcome and encourage applications for First Nations People. Working with ACCO's is a huge part of Bloom's strategic direction.
