We’re significantly transforming BirdLife Australia’s digital engagement capability through our new CRM (Customer Relationship Management system), ready to support the increasing growth of the organisation.
This role is an opportunity to come on board and steward our recently implemented CRM into the future as we embark on the second phase of development in 2022.
You’ll be working with our exciting new technology stack including Conga, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Raisely, and Payments2us.
You will manage BirdLife Australia’s CRM technology, data administration and reporting, working with our users, stakeholders and partners to achieve best practice in system and data management, data governance, team training and user support.
You’ll have data management and reporting experience with CRM technology – this could be the opportunity to put your skills into practice and gain more hands-on experience along with Salesforce certification, if not already qualified. Training subsidy and study leave are available.
You’ll form a key part of the marketing team, and work closely with all supporter-dependent functions, from fundraising, volunteering, and campaigning to on-ground conservation management and membership.
This is a part-time, flexible position (0.6 FTE) ideally worked across 5 days per week, offered on an initial 1-year contract. This is a hybrid workplace position, with flexibility to work remotely and / or in the BirdLife Australia National Office in Carlton, Melbourne, Victoria.
Salary $47 per hour plus 10% Superannuation, 22.5 hours per week, depending on experience.
