We’re transforming BirdLife Australia’s digital engagement experience and direct marketing capability, and this new role has a critical part to play, coordinating BirdLife’s digital supporter journey and marketing automation campaigns.

This role involves responding to campaign briefs and requests and working with our new marketing automation tools to drive mass supporter engagement. This includes cross-channel working, building targeted supporter experiences and digital journeys, and driving forward our capability in this field.

You will do this by:

  • Responding to briefs and implementing email marketing campaigns to increase supporter engagement
  • Building, testing and scheduling marketing campaigns in our email management system
  • Tracking and refining supporter campaigns using our marketing automation platform
  • Being an excellent communicator and championing a supporter-centric approach
  • Being collaborative and proactive, with the ability to build effective working relationships with staff and volunteers

Status and remuneration:

This is a part-time 4 day per week position (0.8 FTE), offered on a 3-year contract. This is a hybrid position, with flexibility to work remotely and / or in the BirdLife Australia National Office in Carlton, Melbourne.

Salary starting at $56,590 per annum (pro rata of $70,738 per annum) plus 10% Superannuation.
