Bethany Community Support and BCYF (Barwon Child Youth & Family), are two of Geelong’s oldest and most well-regarded community support and early childhood education providers in the Barwon and Western Victoria regions.
In March 2022, an agreement between the two organisations to merge into a single entity was made. This has provided a unique opportunity to grow an already well-established and dynamic Strategic Engagement team, to help engage, connect and inspire our communities as we move through this new period as one organisation.
We are currently seeking experienced marketing, communications and partnership leaders who will help lead the brand experience as we transition to one organisation.
We are excited to advertise for the role of Co-ordinator, Marketing, Campaigns & Events, based in Geelong. This position is a full-time, ongoing role and will be reporting to the Manager, Strategic Engagement.
The core purpose of this role is to execute the organisation’s key marketing initiatives, including major campaigns and events, in addition to managing the rollout of the newly merged entity’s new name and brand.
We are looking for a proven marketing and events leader, with strong brand experience and a solid understanding of digital marketing, major event planning and a multi-disciplinary approach to campaign management.
Bethany and BCYF are hosting an online “fireside chat” style information session for all interested candidates, so you can find out more about our organisations, our upcoming merger…and how we are growing and adapting during this period of exciting growth. On: Thursday 20 October @ 4:30pm-5:30pm.
To register your interest in attending this session, please register via: https://bit.ly/Bethany_BCYF_Fireside_Chat and we’ll send you the zoom link.
Note: Interviews will be taking place on Thursday 10 and Friday 11 November, 2022.
For a confidential discussion about the position please contact Fiona Cutter, Manager Strategic Engagement on 5278 8122 (until 21 October).
