Clinical Quality Business Partner - Aged Care Residential Services

We have a fantastic opportunity for clinical Quality Business Partner to join our team for 12 months to support our Residential Services Team implement Benetas’ Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure that we deliver positive, enjoyable, fulfilling and safe services through excellence in care and service delivery. This role will drive a culture of continual quality improvement, good governance and operating efficiencies as well as the ongoing maintenance of our organisation-wide compliance and accreditation requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in nursing as well as significant experience in quality management, clinical leadership and coaching. They must be willing to travel to regional as well as metro sites.

If you have a passion for improving care quality and clinical safety and a good understanding of the aged care residential quality framework, we would love to hear from you.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nursing registration with residential aged care clinical experience
  • Experience implementing and monitoring quality management systems and assurance programs/activities
  • A good understanding of aged care standards and compliance frameworks
  • Highly developed analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
  • Data analysis, reporting writing and presentation skills
  • Highly developed coaching and leadership skills
  • Experience using risk management software/systems, preferably Riskman
  • Quality Assessor experience is highly desirable as are qualifications in Quality Management Systems (ISO9001) or Lead Auditor – Quality Management Systems
