Benestar are seeking psychologists and social workers to provide employee health and wellbeing services through EAP, mental health and counselling support, to  employees across every industry sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the leading provider of employee health and wellbeing services across the Asia Pacific region. Be a part of a team of clinicians providing counselling and psychological support, either face to face or through digital channels, to over 2.5 million employees across 43 countries covering every industry sector

As a part of our team you will use your Clinical skills to engage with a wide variety of people working across different industries and be flexible in your approach to providing support on a wide range of issues impacting employee well-being. 

We’d love to talk to you if you:

  • Are a registered Psychologist or Social Worker with at least three years' practicing experience.
  • Have demonstrated skills in short term interventions and psychological first aid.
  • Are experienced in supporting individuals, teams and organisations following critical incidents.
  • Are proficient in conducting risk assessments and report writing.
  • Have excellent time management skills.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to provide high quality services.
  • Are looking for minimum 3 days/nights/weekends.
  • Please note for contracting we require registration as a Pty Ltd Co (ACN).
