The position will support the headspace community awareness and engagement strategy, which includes the Youth Reference Group. The position will play a role in maintaining relationships between headspace and other organisations working with young people and their families. This would include organising events and presentations as required with the support of the headspace team.
The position calls for a highly motivated individual who can engage, liaise and negotiate with a broad range of community members and organisations. The individual will have the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and after work hours.
Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with the Community Health Centre (Stand Alone Services) Social and Community Service Employees Multi Enterprise Agreement 2017.
A Certificate, Diploma or tertiary qualification in a relevant community engagement or mental health discipline is required for this position.
