Role Outcomes

Following an organisation wide Social Survey at the end of 2017 this role will be responsible for interpreting the data, consulting with the business, aligning workforce values with the leadership charter and designing a compelling employee value proposition.

This is a pivotal position responsible for championing cultural strategy and facilitating employee development initiatives to meet future client and commercial expectations.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate and facilitate employee/client/stakeholder focus groups and working parties for development and implementation of sustainable Organisational Development practices.
  • Identify, interpret, collaborate and drive business decisions on fundamental issues impacting Organisational Development initiatives, to ensure the successful implementation of effective Organisational Development programs.
  • Communicate, educate, evaluate and report on Organisational Development initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

About You 

  • Relevant qualification in Organisational Development and/or Education and/or Human Resources.
  • Understanding of Aged Care and/or Community Home Care and Retirement Living Services.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end to end Talent Management programs including analysis, development, strategy, implementation and evaluation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, effective relationship management and a high level of computer literacy.
  • Considerable experience facilitating the design and delivery of Organisational Development strategies.
  • Proven ability to analyse, consult and work collaboratively with stakeholders to align cultural development initiatives with individual needs and values.
  • Able to travel to sites across Metropolitan Sydney and Regional NSW.
