We're looking for our next Client and Case Management Project Manager to support our Tech team and clients in this exciting role!
Our client is a not-for-profit social enterprise that has been delivering technology for social justice for over 30 years. With 180 staff across Australia and New Zealand, they tackle the biggest social challenges through the smart and creative use of technology.
They work with community, government and corporate partners to solve issues around homelessness, family violence, mental health and disability, as well as supporting Indigenous communities, women, youth and families.
About the role
Reporting to the Program Delivery Manager, this role will coordinate the successful delivery of projects for our client and case management software.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate the successful delivery of medium to large projects for our client and case management software
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including government and non-government organisations
- Creation and maintenance of project schedules, including resource allocations and tracking of progress against baseline estimates
- Facilitate regular project status reporting and meetings with internal and external stakeholders, detailing progress against budget, time, scope, and quality
- Manage and track project budget and manage the commercial delivery of the project in collaboration with Customer Engagement Team and the Finance team
- Identify, mitigate, and document project risks and issues (including escalations)
- Manage project change, including negotiation of changes to cost, scope, time, and resources
- Create and maintain internal documentation, user guides and training materials
- Other ad hoc duties as required
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Demonstrated experience in a formal project management role, with requisite training, credentials or significant knowledge in one or more project methodologies
- Proven success in software (or comparable) project management and delivery in scope and budget
- Sound stakeholder management skills and negotiation techniques
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Experience creating and maintaining project documentation (e.g., project schedules, RAID registers, key deliverables, etc)
- Proven ability managing project risks and issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage project change
- Knowledge or previous experience working in the not for profit and/or community services sector is highly valued

Additional Details:
- Located in Melbourne or Brisbane (hybrid working available)
- Standard hours as per contract, with some flexibility required
- Must complete a criminal record check and be willing to complete a WWCC
