Narang Bir-rong recruits, trains and supports Aboriginal out of home carers and kin, and case manages children and young people in out of home care. We also provide family preservation services to Aboriginal families to make meaningful change in child protection issues and reduce the number of Aboriginal children and young people entering the care system.
Narang Bir-rong believes it is critical that Aboriginal children, young people and their families are empowered through supporting their individual identity, self-esteem and have goals to meet their social, emotional and behavioural needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department and ensuring that all HR functions are performed efficiently and effectively.
