The Gift in Wills Associate is a new and critical role for the organisation which will work to grow the program. You will join at an incredibly exciting phase under new CEO and leadership across the board, including within Fundraising.
Reporting into the Head of Philanthropy this role will contribute to and deliver the Gift in Wills program focusing on acquisition, retention, and growth.
As a brand-new role, the Gift in Wills Associate will be pivotal in elevating the current program to support with the Foundations growth plans over the next few years.
This role is responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of a new strategy, as well as executing the Gift in Wills program with a view to grow the pipeline and increase supporters’ year-on-year.
This position will leverage strong relationship skills to inspire new bequests, as well as continue to nurture long standing relationships with existing bequests through the development and implementation of a targeted program which will identify, cultivate, solicit and stewards bequests.
