Beaucare is a not-for-profit community service organisation based in Beaudesert in the beautiful Scenic Rim. We have a proud history of supporting Scenic Rim Communities for over 35 years. We aim to be a provider of excellence and an employer of choice in our local area. As our communities have grown, our client numbers have increased significantly so we currently have opportunities available in Aged Care.

Aged Care Support Workers are responsible for helping older people to maximise their independence and achieve their goals. This involves collaborative care and a ‘do with – not for’ approach. This role recognises an older person’s strengths and provides a broad scope of essential domestic, social, respite and personal care services.

Mandatory requirements:

• Current Driver's Licence
• Willingness to use own vehicle and keep it roadworthy and comprehensively insured
• QLD Blue Card or be willing to obtain one
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or be willing to obtain one

• Current First Aid (HLTAID003) and CPR Certificates or willing to obtain prior to commencing
• Full COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate or valid medical exemption
