The Arncliffe Youth Centre is a sport, recreation, and community-focused Youth Centre for all, incorporated into a mixed-use residential and commercial complex, located at 9 Townsend Lane, Arncliffe and accessible via the Princess Highway.
The primary purpose of the role is to support the day-to-day operations of the Arncliffe Youth Centre. This support extends to the effective and efficient supervision of the physical asset (the Centre) alongside supporting the activities, programs, services, events, and people contained within.
The role will be responsible for the delivery of general day-to-day front of house operations with a strong focus on providing customer service and experience. You will be responsible for coordinating bookings, set up and pack down of spaces, operating audio-visual equipment, data entry, general administration, facilities management, cash handling and processing retail transactions. The role will be the face of the Centre and will be the point of call for patrons, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
