Barwon Community Legal Service is an independent not-for-profit organisation providing fee-free legal services to vulnerable community members experiencing disadvantage. Our main office is in Belmont and we assist clients at a number of outreach locations in the Barwon region, and at Geelong and Colac Magistrates courts.
We are looking for a Community Legal Education and Development Officer who can support the delivery of the BCLS community legal education and community development program.
The position will assist with the coordination and communication of projects and initiatives aimed at promoting, protecting and enhancing the rights and interests of people living in our region who are disadvantaged in their access to justice.
