About your new role:
We are currently looking for enthusiastic support workers to provide a variety of services to customers in the community with shifts ranging from Monday to Friday. Successful candidates will cover suburbs including Midland, Swanview, Middle Swan, Koongamia, Mundaring, Mount Helena and must be available to drive up to 40 minutes for shifts.

Roster:
- Part-Time position | 15 hours per week
- You must be available, Monday - Friday
- Shifts located in Midland, Swanview, Middle Swan, Koongamia, Mundaring, Mount Helena
- You must have flexibility between the hours of 7am – 5pm to fit in with customer needs
Duties:
- Domestic duties (cleaning, laundry, cooking, vacuuming, changing bed linen, mopping, and anything in-between)
- Social support and transport (doctors’ appointments, shopping, general community access support, and companionship)
- Personal care (showering, bathing, meal preparation, toileting, grooming, and medications amongst other support requirements in line with the care plan)
Skills and Experience:
- Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, proof of vehicle registration & comprehensive car insurance – ESSENTIAL
- Ideally, you will have a Certificate III and previous experience in Community Services. However, if you have a genuine interest in making a difference, we would still love to hear from you
- Current nationally recognised First Aid and CPR certificate – desirable but not essential
- Current Manual Handling certificate – desirable but not essential
- Availability to work different shifts across Monday to Sunday
- Passionate about customer service
- Ability to pass a National Police Check
- Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Up-to-date Influenza & Covid-19 Vaccinations
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with little supervision
