About your new role:

Roster:

• Permanent part-time | 15-20 hours per fortnight inclusive of weekends

Duties:

• Domestic duties (cleaning, laundry, cooking, vacuuming, changing bed linen, mopping, and anything in-between)
• Social support and transport (doctors’ appointments, shopping, general community access support, and companionship)
• Personal care (showering, bathing, meal preparation, toileting, grooming, and medications amongst other support requirements in line with the care plan)

Skills and Experience:

• Ideally, you will have a Certificate III and previous experience in Community Services. However, if you have a genuine interest in making a difference, we would love to hear from you.
• Current nationally recognised First Aid and CPR certificate – desirable but not essential
• Current Manual Handling certificate – desirable but not essential
• Availability to work different shifts across Monday to Sunday
• Passionate about customer service
• Ability to pass a National Police Check
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Influenza & Covid-19 Vaccination
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with little supervision
