Banksia Palliative Care Service (Banksia) is a not-for-profit community based palliative care service, providing care to residents of Banyule, Nillumbik and Whittlesea - office is situated in Heidelberg.
We have undergone continuous growth over recent years and we are not finished - we are still growing and are embarking on an exciting time!
We need an experienced, motivated, flexible, senior (Grade 2 or 3) Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic, cohesive and caring team - we are looking for the right person.
We are looking for someone who is unique to do really important work with vulnerable people. Our palliative clients and their carers need someone who is engaged, skilled and wanting to make an effective and efficient difference in their lives. This role requires a person who has confidence in their own ability, who likes to be busy and move quickly and who able to conduct efficient assessments because they recognise that time is not always a luxury that our clients have.
