We currently have an exciting permanent, full time opportunity for a CRM Application Engineer to join our highly engaged and professional Transformation Delivery department. This role will be based in our Collingwood Head Office and will report to the Technical Lead.
The CRM Application Engineer is a technical role that will focus on our implementation of Dynamics 365 and other supporting technologies. This role will work alongside an agile product-based delivery team who are tasked with delivering ongoing optimisation within the platforms. As the key technical resource, this role will be responsible for designing, building, developing and testing technical solutions within Dynamics 365

What you will be doing
- Developing technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 & Power Platforms using various methods, such as custom flows, power automate, plugin and JavaScript
- Manage technical deployments to ensure solutions and schema remain consistent across all environments
- Ensure all source code changes are checked into the banks source code repository
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and document technical requirements
- Design, build and maintenance of documentation of new features and integrations
- Complying with architecture framework, practises and procedures
- Selecting and using the necessary tools to achieve the desired business outcome
- Ensuring source code is maintained to modern standards, including remediation of deprecated functions and code
- Assisting and inputting to our architectural practises and procedures and help maintaining relevant artefacts
- Assist in gap analysis to identify opportunities and issues, and propose solutions
What you will bring
- Demonstrable experience working as a technical resource on enterprise level Dynamics 365 Projects
- Experience working across the project lifecycle – ideation through to delivery.
- Strong Technical capabilities in foundational coding skills including C#, .NET, JavaScript, CCS3, HTML5
- Experience working with Azure functions
- Exposure to Azure/AWS/Cloud computing and opportunities and features available
- Able to work closely with other technical staff such as Solution Architects, platform engineers and other Integration and Automation Team Members
- Previous experience working closely with the business in the design, coding, testing and implementation across various projects such as re-building and re-designing front end and back end solutions
- Able to work efficiently and effectively across Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
- Demonstrable experience with technical documentation and solution and source controls and procedures
- Proficient stakeholder management skills
- A vibrant personality who values a collaborative way to working.
- Ability to represent the organisation and lead discussions external suppliers.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or IT and/or relevant industry accreditations is desirable
- Experience working with Integration Platforms, Micro-services and APIs is desirable
- Exposure and understanding or Project and/or Product development lifecycle (PMP, Agile, Prince etc) is desirable
- Knowledge of Mutual Financial Institutions and banking is desirable
- Experience end to end testing and automating regression testing of code and integrations
