We’re looking for a professional Human Resource Advisor with relevant experience who wants to join our team to make a difference based in Fitzroy. This is a maximum term part-time role for one year.

The Human Resource Advisor is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of GtC employment KPIs by providing specialist advice and support related to employment legislation and workplace instruments. The role will bring strong knowledge and expertise of the Fair Work Act, interpreting Modern Awards and enterprise agreements, as well as in depth understanding of industrial relations.
Salary will be in the range of $80,000 to $85,000 per annum, based on skills and experience, plus superannuation.
