B Miles Women's Foundation provides accommodation and support to women in recovery from homelessness and mental ill-health. We pride ourselves on being a great place to work. Essential Criteria

• Qualifications in a related discipline (social sciences, health, psychology, social work, or community services)
• Experience in providing residential and case management support to individuals with complex needs particularly needs associated with homelessness, mental health and psychiatric disability
• Experience in implementing WH&S, risk management and duty of care protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated knowledge of the community housing system and requirements in relation to social housing pathways and public housing applications
• Knowledge of the homelessness and health sectors in the Sydney Metropolitan areas
• Willingness to commit to shift work including day and afternoon/evening shifts and a weekend shift every week. Shift penalty rates apply!
