Essential Criteria
- Qualifications in a related discipline (social sciences, health, psychology, social work, or community services)
- Experience in providing residential and case management support to individuals with complex needs particularly needs associated with homelessness, mental health and psychiatric disability
- Experience in implementing WH&S, risk management and duty of care protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated knowledge of the community housing system and requirements in relation to social housing pathways and public housing applications
- Knowledge of the homelessness and health sectors in the Sydney Metropolitan areas
- Willingness to commit to shift work including day and afternoon/evening shifts and a weekend shift every week. Shift penalty rates apply!
