Delahey Community Centre has an exciting new opportunity for a Program Development Officer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering the Neighbourhood House Program
- Plan, develop and deliver community programs and events which promote health, wellbeing, lifelong learning and to increase civic participation
- Centre operations
- Liaise with Community Wellbeing staff and health and wellbeing and community care service providers to identify, develop and deliver services which respond to the needs of the local community
- Participate in the development of ongoing monitoring and evaluation processes and program initiatives
- Supervision and development of volunteers and tutors including engagement of new program tutors and volunteers
- Maintain accurate records and reporting processes
- Provide customer service focused reception and processing of general enquiries for the Centre and broader Neighbourhood House programs.
