We are looking for RN Coordinator to work part time up to 30 hours per week across Monday to Friday and be on-call every 2nd week for our clients.

About the role

BCAC has a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and compassionate RN Coordinator who is responsible for clinical care of the clients, along with managing the emotional and social support of clients and their families.

Your role as an RN Home Care Coordinator is extremely valued in supporting our Clients in maintaining their independence, supporting them to achieve their life goals, and managing their clinical and complex care needs. You are responsible to deliver individualised clinical based care to clients living in the home environment . You will utilise your genuine passion for helping others to make a difference to our client's quality of life.

Skills you'll need to succeed

  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Relevant experience working with the Health, Aged Care, Disability or Community Services Sector
  • Willingness to be on 2-3 week on call roster
  • First Aid Certificate
  • NSW Driver’s Licence, Class C
  • A strong clinical focus with the ability to provide a high level of holistic support that best suits the individual
  • A hands-on approach to your role with a focus on customer service
  • Capacity to respond to crisis situations, using conflict resolution and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude and is adaptable to change
  • Ability to prioritise time and organise work schedules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Observation and reporting skills
  • Solid awareness of WH&S legislation and manual handling procedures
