POSITION PURPOSE

The Partnership Manager will proactively execute the key sales and experience strategies to maximise business growth, exhibit fantastic brand representation and ensure an exceptional B1G1 experience. This role is accountable for all new and existing small to medium enterprise (SME) leads and Members within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and will operate as the point of contact for all SME sales and, with the assistance of the APAC Partnership Associate, member matters.

The Partnership Manager will heavily rely on developing strong relationships with businesses to build B1G1 brand awareness and successfully transition them into B1G1 Members, Partners and Ambassadors. This role is responsible for ensuring SME members are maximising their giving impact and are enjoying their experience of the B1G1 SME Program and being a part of the B1G1 Community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

STRATEGY

  • Support the creation, conceptualisation and operation of key sales and growth development strategies related to the B1G1 SME program.
  • Support the ideation, development and execution of vibrant regional and global community engagement opportunities and events that inspire and transform the business community.
  • Support development of key projects in the B1G1 SME Program that help further enhance, grow and deliver on B1G1’s strategic goals.

OPERATIONS

  • Build, develop and maintain meaningful and long-lasting relationships with SME members to continuously grow the B1G1 Movement through referrals, additional B1G1 programs and partnership opportunities.
  • Support SME Members as required, throughout the member lifecycle, maintaining engagement and actively identifying opportunities for greater growth, engagement and impact.
  • Provide timely regional insights, feedback and development opportunities to enable the global headquarters in Singapore to accelerate the growth of the giving movement.
  • Track and report key account metrics and prepare reports as required.
  • Clearly communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee timely and successful delivery of solutions according to member needs and objectives.
  • Implementing effective management of leads, referrals, partnerships using the company CRM and other systems as needed.
  • Support and ensure new sales strategies and programs are tested and implemented in a timely manner taking ownership of particular SME strategies or programs as required.
  • Continuously seek to enhance the B1G1 SME program and engagement offerings, through regular feedback and suggestions through the Acquisition & Movement Growth Manager.
  • Seek out and attend networking events and other opportunities to help grow the B1G1 brand awareness and Movement.
  • Actively engage with and support development of the Partnerships Associate for APAC.
  • Contribute to company initiatives, meetings and other requests outside of immediate role as needed.
  • Ensure processes and procedures are kept up to date and contribute to updating this position description as needed

LOCATION & EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Our head office is based in Singapore so this role requires you to be able to work remotely. We are open to locations around Australia.

This is a full-time role however we are all about flexibility and working together to achieve the best outcomes.
