We are currently recruiting for a temporary, full time Resource Coordinator to join our Osborne Park Office.

As a Resource Coordinator for Avivo, your key responsibility will be coordinating support staff to meet the needs of people who require visiting and community based support within your area. This is also a leadership role that will require you to provide supervision and guidance to the team’s Resource colleagues.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and rostering of the Support Workers
  • Recruitment for the appropriate matching of Support Workers to people and roles
  • Ensuring the efficient utilisation of Support Workers across the area
  • Understand all funding available to customers and correctly capture this on internal databases 
  • Working collaboratively with all team members to deliver quality support to people
  • Working with the Mentors, Service Coordinators, Team Facilitators with utilisation of the Support Workers.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks

You will require:

  • Experience in scheduling or rostering in community based services
  • Well developed planning and organisation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • An ability to prioritise tasks and be attentive in a busy work environment
  • An ability to effectively communicate with and relate to customers and internal teams
  • An ability to adapt to situations with flexibility and effective problem solving skills
  • Strong people and team management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred but minimum of Certificate 4 in Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health or working towards required with previous experience in rostering and scheduling

In return, you will a salary of $62,720 plus 9.5% super with the option of salary packaging up to $18,550 tax free all within a friendly and supportive office environment.
