The Autism Association of WA is one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit Autism specific service providers, and the only specialist organisation providing a full range of services from early childhood through to adulthood in Australia. Our Residential Support Workers make a positive difference in the lives of the adults residing in shared homes by assisting them to live the life they choose, including daily activities such as hobbies, personal care and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning and maintaining a home. Residential Support Workers are also responsible for keeping up to date client records and administration tasks.
We are currently looking for full-time Residential Support Workers to join our team, working a three-week shift pattern of alternating 2.5 days on and 2.5 days off, followed by 9 consecutive days off. This provides consistency for people we support and work-life balance for Support Workers.
