About the Role

Our Residential Support Workers make a positive difference in the lives of the adults residing in shared homes by assisting them to live the life they choose, including daily activities such as hobbies, personal care and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning and maintaining a home. Residential Support Workers are also responsible for keeping up to date client records and administration tasks.

We are currently looking for full-time Residential Support Workers to join our team, working a three-week shift pattern of alternating 2.5 days on and 2.5 days off, followed by 9 consecutive days off. This provides consistency for people we support and work-life balance for Support Workers.

About You

To be a successful support worker you require a caring nature, positive attitude, and will understand that each person is different.

You will also have:

  • Motivation to provide care and advocate for others
  • Previous experience, or transferable skills from the human services sector
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Sound decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Full driver's licence without P plates with a suitable vehicle
  • COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccination
  • NDIS Worker Clearance
