About the Role:

Are you a talented and motivated Graphic and Digital Designer ready to take on a rewarding challenge? Join our Partnership, Fundraising, Marketing, and Support Services (PFMS) Team and play a pivotal role in elevating our brand experience. Create captivating digital and physical assets and campaigns that align with our strategic vision. Be at the forefront of supporting our brand's growth through innovative design and digital transformation efforts. This role emphasises brand management, creative design, and digital proficiency.

Reporting to the Brand and Special Projects Lead, this full-time, 12 month position offers a hybrid work arrangement with occasional office attendance in Abbotsford. You'll also represent the Foundation at events and meetings, with flexibility in working hours. A valid driver's license is essential for this role.

About You / Key Selection Criteria:

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification or experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
  • Collaborative and open to constructive feedback.
  • Outstanding organisational abilities, adept at managing multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a history of successful engagement with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive self-starter with a talent for devising innovative strategies to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in developing or managing brand guidelines.
  • Current driver's license with a willingness for occasional intra and interstate travel, including overnight stays.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Experience providing design support within e-learning platforms.
  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
  • Experience offering design support and guidance for website redevelopment projects.
  • Proficiency in video creation/editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
  • Photography skills and proficiency with photo-editing software.
  • Basic illustration capabilities.
  • Experience in managing WordPress or similar Web Content Management Systems (CMS).

Remuneration & Benefits:

This role offers a competitive base salary along with a phone, tablet, superannuation, and salary packaging. The salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
