The Senior Clinician Team Leader for Inner North Youth Community Team is a newly created position that will be providing clinical expertise and leadership and support restructure of the Austin ICYMHS and developing new youth community teams. The role will support us navigate the expansion of service in line with the Royal Commission into Mental Health recommendations.
Alongside your reduced caseload, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical functioning and leadership of the team in partnership with the Consultant Psychiatrist and Program Manager Northern Community Teams. The role will include workload management, and support of staff in clinical decision making, orientation and retention.
