Our client creates employment and training opportunities by partnering with organisations with a workforce demand for various team members. Our client seeks a dedicated and energetic Recruitment Officer to join the team.

This permanent full-time position will be based in Auburn, NSW.

Your duties will include:

  • We are sourcing and managing clients needing talent acquisition services in alignment with company goals and vision.
  • Manage and facilitate all elements of the recruiting process, including advertising, shortlisting, screening, organising, conducting interviews, reference checking, compliance checking and validating work rights.
  • Act as the first point of contact to support candidates throughout the recruitment process and assist with enquiries.
  • Ad hoc administration duties to support the team.
  • Always maintain confidentiality
  • Maintain documentation to a high standard.
  • Reverse Marketing (Market Jobseekers to Employers to obtain employment)
  • Understand background skills and education

The following skills will give your application an advantage:

  • Previous four (4) years of experience as a Recruitment Officer.
  • Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously under limited supervision

The candidate must possess or be willing to obtain the following before commencement:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • 100 points of Identification
  • Australian National Police Check (Must be less than three (3) months since the date of issue)
