About the opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic and experienced CQI facilitator to join the East Arnhem (EA) Primary Health Care team.

The Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) facilitator position oversees the quality improvement systems and activities across the EA North region. This position is based in Nhulunbuy, however involved regular travels to Lake Evella and Ramingining. You will work alongside with a multidisciplinary team, health managers as well has the Primary Health Care teams in the remote setting to support them in quality activities.

You need to have great communication skills, initiative, team approach skills, competent nursing skillset and a sense of humour. Remuneration

Nurse 5 Remuneration Package Range $126,337 - $131,573 (comprising salary $109,660 - $114,265, superannuation, leave loading and the value of 2 weeks extra recreation leave).

In addition to above Package Range; postgraduate qualification and professional development allowances, remote locality and salary sacrifice provisions apply.

Furnished accommodation with amenities (electricity/landline) provided and 2 Fares Out of Isolated Localities (FOIL) flights per year.
