At Aruma, we support people with disabilities to live great lives. It's the reason we exist - after all, why should anyone have to settle for anything less? And to make this a reality, we rely on the skill and commitment of our Aruma team.
Summerland Farm is one of the most successful disability enterprises in Australia - perhaps the world. As a business of Australia's largest disability service provider, Aruma (formerly known as House with No Steps), our purpose is to provide employment for people with a disability.
Over the years, our farm has gone from strength to strength as the agricultural hub of the region and a must-see tourist attraction. We now have over 80,000 visitors per year!
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, dedicated professional to attract and recruit people with a disability to work in Summerland Farm's diverse and exciting businesses.
The Employment Support Advisor's role is to develop networks and partnerships with key community stakeholders to recruit and support the successful placement of employees with a disability, suitable for Aruma's business requirements.
