About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated individual to temporarily join the role of Administration Support. In this role you will assist the Quality, Systems & Accreditation Coordinator, and Business Support team by supporting the administrative functions of the software platform for Project HEART. The role will see you reviewing, updating and inputting data into the HEART Integrated Management System to ensure quality, risk and safety compliance across the Aruma ADE businesses.

This role will suit someone with previous experience in Administration, and has sound knowledge of data entry, business systems, Microsoft programs and SharePoint.

  • Can adapt communication style to meet people's needs
  • Able to, think outside the box and influence and promote new system adoption and use
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Strong administrative skills; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices

Essential Criteria

  • A commitment to Aruma's Code of Conduct
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, including adapting communication style to meet individual needs
  • Ability to explain, introduce and champion system and process use to embed them into daily business as usual activities
  • Excellent computer literacy and confidence and capability in using Microsoft office products, corporate applications and technology
  • A practical understanding of WHS requirements
  • A current Australian driver's license
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
  • A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (doses 1 & 2)

Nice to have:

  • Certificate III in Administration or related field
  • Formal training or Qualification in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience working with people with disabilities
