Anglicare’s Community Aged & Disability teams provide support and services that enable our clients to maintain their independence - living happily and healthily within their own homes. Our non-clinical lifestyle programs are designed to support individual needs, incorporating the principles of social inclusion, choice and control, enablement, empowerment and independence; and our clinical supports include nursing and allied health care at home, along with domestic and personal assistance.
To support this service, we are looking for a part time Speech Pathologist to join our team based in our Nambour office, covering the North Coast region. This role’s overall purpose is to provide high quality clinical services to improve the wellbeing and quality of life of clients with communication and/or swallowing difficulties. The practice encompasses consultation, assessment, treatment and evaluation in the areas of language, speech, voice, swallowing and multi-modal communication, which may also assist in social inclusion.
