Working in Anglicare WA's Financial Inclusion team, supporting the WA No Interest Loan Scheme (WA NILS), you'll make a direct impact to the lives of families and communities across the state. Working in the Financial Inclusion team, the role supports clients across the WA Community access a No Interest Loan to purchase items & services that provide them with the physical things they need to maintain good living standards, enhance their wellbeing, financial capability and confidence.
You will have a passion for working with clients to assess their financial circumstances to determine eligibility for a WA NILS loan, whilst having the confidence to provide supporting feedback to build their financial capability and confidence. Reliance, empathy and a client centred focus are critical to the success of this role.
This role is a part time position (9 day fortnight) and based in our East Perth Office.
You are an experienced and reliable individual who is committed to a Western Australia where all people can thrive. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop highly effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Having experience supporting individuals from a Aboriginal or Culturally and Linguistically diverse background would be highly regarded. The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year.
