We are looking for a proactive professional with experience in recruiting and supporting foster carers. You are resilient, enthusiastic about your work, and you enjoy developing relationships.
You will be degree qualified (preferably Social Work, Psychology, Community Services and/or related discipline) and have experience working in a community service or similar role

You will be working in the Foster Care Team, working directly with Anchor’s carers and recruiting new carers to join our team.
You will enjoy working collaboratively and have the capacity to exercise professional judgement to ensure excellent outcomes for our carers and the team.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
You will be joining the Foster Care Team with the support of an engaged, hands-on Team Leader. The Foster Care Team is a welcoming team who encourage each other to aim high and do great work!

This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Permanent position commencing in January/Febuary 2023.
