Alt-Tech offer off-grid power solutions and much more, selling new and 2nd life, refurbished, warehouse seconds and used goods. Our mission is to live and breathe the mantra reduce/reuse/re-purpose. As a growing, family-run WA-based business we are looking to expand our tight knit team with a number of roles currently available.

The Role

We are seeking a new sales team member, nothing pushy, just good old fashioned service in our huge warehouse of toys.

Full time - we are looking for people who would like to stay with the company long-term. Casual opportunities also exist.

We encourage students studying engineering, mechatronics and electrical subjects to apply.

Solid base rate plus commission

You will need:

• A basic understanding of DC power (i.e. wiring a 4WD canopy with fridge and lights or using a soldering iron to repair blown components on a board) and a willingness to learn.
• Customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and being active on your feet all day.
• You'll be involved with picking and packing your customers orders, requiring physical fitness and the ability to undertake heavy lifting and handling larger items (i.e. Solar Panels).

Spend your day with solar/ batteries of all types (lithium/lead carbon/etc) Victron products and all sorts and cool “toys”. If you're passionate about off-grid possibilities, renewable energy solutions or sustainability we want to hear from you.
